Manager
Kyle Benjamin
One of the joys of having a family is watching how
it grows. Well, The Noodle family has certainly
watched Kyle Benjamin grow a lot. He first started
working for us when he was only 17!
Fourteen years later, Kyle is one of our most
cherished employees, a true “jack of all trades”,
with one of the biggest hearts in Chicago. You'll
usually find Kyle greeting you at the door and
getting you a table, but he started out taking
carry-out orders, bussing and waiting tables, and
even working in the kitchen, cooking and making
pasta. He has been the full-time manager at The
Noodle since 2006.
Outside of The
Noodle, Kyle's passion is music. His tastes run the
whole gamut, from classical to hard rock. An
equally talented pianist and guitarist, Kyle has
performed at a number of music venues in Chicago, as
well as played on albums released through various
independent record labels.
Kyle has said that his favorite thing
about working at The Noodle is the social
interactions with customers and his fellow
employees. Everyone knows they'll always get great
service and conversation with one of the nicest guys
around, our Kyle.
Manager Becca Noyes
Customers at The Noodle in Wilmette have watched
Becca grow up! A Wilmette native, Becca
started waiting tables here in 1992 when she had
just graduated from the University of Michigan
and was getting started on her professional
musical theater career.
When Becca decided to leave the musical theater
biz, get married and start a family, the owners
saw it as a perfect opportunity to offer her a
managing position. Her love of the customers,
her eye for detail, and her passion for food and
wine made her a perfect choice! Becca has been
taking care of The Noodle family ever since.
She strives to improve The Noodle and keep
customers happy. She loves to visit with the
regulars and meet new customers, filling them in
on Noodle history. She is also responsible for
all the staff hiring.
Becca has a busy family life in Evanston with
her two children, Sophie and Sam, and her
wonderful husband, John. So the next time you
have a question about anything to do with The
Noodle or Wilmette, you know the person to see!
When you enjoy your experience at The Noodle, we
guarantee you Becca had something to do with it!
